MY STORY

I believe living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining not only a strong and fit body, but also mind. My aim is to help you identify your fitness goals, design an exercise program that fits your needs, and guide you through every exercise, every workout. I help people find the happiness in training.

 My holistic approach to fitness and health is unique.

I have gained 13 Years experience as a Personal Trainer, Rehab Coach & Life Coach.
My business is based at my home studio 'The Shred Shed' in Gowrie, Canberra, 


I also offer mobile Training and Mobility/Flexibility services to homes or other adequate locations, (Work/oval etc).

My experiences in boxing training have taught me not only the importance of building confidence but respect for the training style. Boxing/Boxfit is one of the best ways to shred up those excess kilos but also the focus on core training is par nun. The unique program I’ve developed will help burn calories, boost the metabolism, and improve your overall health.

The Shred Shed

At The Shred Shed we work on a rotating 4 week structure

week 1

Boxing 

week 2

Resistance training

week 3

Boxfit

week 4

Hybrid training

2 weeks focus on Boxing & Boxfit, one focusing more on the technique of combinations, foot work, head movement & core activation, the other on pure conditioning, fitness, proper HIIT training.

The other 2 weeks split into 2 resistance schedules, one focused on primary strength & conditioning, static & compound movements.
The other week on more Functionally based weighted exercises, freestyle, balance exercises, continually changing the bodies plane of movement to make better use of our functional strength.


I believe with this rotating cycle of training we can continually progress with strength, weight lose, conditioning & psychological relief, with less chance of over training or training into injuries.

Workout

REHAB CLASSES

Small group rehab sessions for people to come talk about their injuries in a safe group environment designed to create a culture around doing your rehab work.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Sessions are on week days & saturdays. Sessions run for 45 minutes each & include customized High Intensity Interval circuits tailored to the group's needs. We work on a rotating cycle that includes Boxing, Resistance training, Boxfit & Hybrid classes.

PRIVATE TRAINING 1 ON 1

The lay out may be small but it just adds to the privatized and specialized clientele needs that the Shred Shed can provide.
