6 great moves to stay active at your work desk

Everyone knows its hard to stay active espeically at work. Some simple tips that I have used with clients in the past that can be easily integrated into your daily routine
1. Keep moving, when ever you have the opportunity, hop up have a little stretch and give your spine a chance to move.
2. Use the stairs! We all love comfort, but comfort is not how you get fit.
3. Drink plenty of water, hydration helps with circulation and the body's ability to break down fat.
4. Opt for a sit stand desk, Human beans are made to move, sedentary lifestyles are something we have adapted.
5. Devise a stretch routine you do 3 times a day, morning, lunch & afternoon.
6. Eat smart, eat from the earth, incorporate healthy fats into your diet as they are a more sustainable fuel source than sugar or coffee.
