Injury Rehabilitation needs more attention focused not just on the post injury timeframe, but in some cases a continual integration to our lifestyles.

As I have gained more experience its clear that what ever genetic predispositions related to postural issues we experience such as, injuries related to rounded shoulders or (kyphosis) wether it be courier/lifestyle related or genetic related, rehab work pre or post injuries should become paramount importance.

Even if symptoms of the injury subside, we should continue the rehab routine that has proven productive results indefinitely just with less frequency.

The best cure is a preventative, so I suggest that some kind of 'on going' routine be implemented into our lifestyles even if it be 2 x 10minute sessions a week comprised of relevant release techniques.

If we continue to go about or activities or training regime & ignore the signs of old injuries returning, we will always remain in a worse situation once re-aggravated, it may be only treatable by surgery.

The bio-mechanics of how our joints, muscles & ligaments move, is the best foreseeable way of determining a solution to help prevent injuries. Our posture is the key, our execution of repetitive tasks is the door, if we continue to walk through the door without the key, injury is the result.
